报告主题：Using operando XRD in the research of secondary batteries

报告摘要：Operando characterization techniques enable real-time monitoring of internal changes in batteries under practical working conditions. They play a crucial role in elucidating battery mechanisms, analyzing failure modes, and evaluating materials performance.Among them, operando Xray diffraction (Operando XRD) has attracted wide attention from researchers, due to its high time resolution, nondestructive nature, and ease of operation. In this presentation, I will highlight specific applications of operando XRD in secondary battery research, drawing on our group’s work with metal–air batteries, lithiumion batteries, lithium–sulfur batteries, and aqueous zincion batteries. Through this talk, we aim to spark broader interest among peers in this technique and to foster deeper exploration of this technique in related fields.

报告人简介：朱杰芳，副教授，博士生导师，瑞典乌普萨拉大学Ångström实验室化学系工作。朱教授于2004年在华东理工大学获应用化学工学博士学位。其后，他分别在中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所和瑞典查尔姆斯理工大学进行博士后研究。他于2009年开始，在瑞典乌普萨拉大学化学系担任助理教授、副教授和博士生导师，建立自己的研究小组独立开展科学研究。他在SCI收录的国际期刊发表论文超过100篇，受邀撰写review五篇，book chapter六篇。他目前承担瑞典各类科研基金项目6项（其中瑞典能源部5项，总经费约3千万瑞典克朗）。同时，他和同事一起联合申请了一些重大项目，比如第7欧盟框架的Batterair、北欧的Solar hydrogen、瑞典的Mistra等。他于2012年被上海大学纳米中心聘为自强教授，在2008年第14届国际催化会议获国际催化协会颁发的青年科学家奖，获瑞典高级工程师协会颁发的环境奖，获瑞典皇家科学会颁发Hierta-Retzius奖，获2005年王宽诚博士后奖励基金等。他在乌普萨拉大学参与多门硕士课程和博士课程的教学。在乌普萨拉大学作为导师已经指导了数名博士后、博士还、硕士，以及和国内联合培养的研究生。受邀作为国际期刊Res. Chem. Intermed. (Springer)和Catalysts（MDPI）的Editor Board成员。他的主要研究方向为可见光响应的光催化剂研究，锂离子以及锂空气电池材料的研究和原位表征，相关成果发表在Adv.Mater.、Applied Catal. B: Environmental、ACS Energy Lett、Nano Energy等杂志上。
